The Group Project Program runs alongside the core CodeWizardsHQ program. Students continue structured classes while gaining independent creation experience.
Students must have completed one of the following:
- Wizard Level I — Middle School Program
- Wizard Level I — High School Program
- Python Language Track
- AP Computer Science Prep Track

Build a community-service platform that helps users locate nearby food pantries, meal programs, shelters, transportation assistance, clothing resources, and other essential services.
AI Stock Market Analysis Dashboard
Begins September 29th
(Meets every Tuesday at 7 PM CT)
Develop an educational financial dashboard that tracks stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, commodities, and major market indices using live market data.
AI Natural Disaster Data Dashboard
Begins October 1st
(Meets every Thursday at 8 PM CT)
Create an emergency-information platform that uses NASA data to track earthquakes, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, severe storms, floods, and other natural events.
All projects run for a duration of 12 weeks.

Students stay connected through a weekly team meeting, then complete focused project work on their own schedule.

Students meet live with their teammates and instructor-mentor to review progress, make decisions, solve blockers, and set clear goals for the week ahead.
Asynchronous Work
4-Hours of Project Work
During the week, students complete assigned development work independently—building, testing, researching, and helping the team.

A clear project timeline gives the team enough time to plan thoughtfully, build a complete application, improve it through feedback, and deploy it live.
